Our fleet of vans are out on the roads daily delivering to local restaurants and hotels. Every week of the year, from our shop in Wardrew Road, we offer our customers an ever changing selection of superb fish and seafood, as well as a mouthwatering range of delicatessen foods to compliment the day's choice.
We know that many people are daunted by fresh fish, so we are on hand to offer advice on the best way to prepare and cook this wonderfully versatile and healthy food. We'll suggest recipes and of course, prepare your fish for you. Most of the fish we buy is landed at Looe, on the south coast of Cornwall.
The Looe fleet is made up of 'day boats' - these boats go to sea daily, up to 30 miles out. They spend shorter times at sea, resulting in fresher fish from sustainable sources.
We never quite know what's going to be landed, due to the weather and what the boats can catch, so it is always exciting to see what's on the harbourside! We always aim to bring a wonderful selection back to our shop for you to enjoy.
